Despite the important role of a website in attracting people to your winery, we've found that many websites have very poor location information on them. Your customers have to be able to find you! Many of them are strangers to the area, so they need lost of help.
We recommend that you have a large map on your site so a stranger can easily find you. Providing easily understood directions is also a good idea. We will modify an existing map you may have, or we will draw one using your advice.
Newsletters, Members and Wine Club
Newsletters to members and Wine Clubs are a great idea for keeping your regular customers informed of envents, new releases and discounts for members. There are a number of ways of doing this, but the simplest is via an attachment to an email. We can help to set this up by including an email form for people to send you their contact details and email address. The newsletter can be a well-layout word document that you can easily modify. We can add a link so that non-members can downsload the latest newsleter and archives. Newsletters can also be used as promotional material at tourism centres or local businesses.
